Location: the property was really close to the local restaurant, the train station, caves during the day, and the scene. A few times I ate at Thang Nhung Bbq, located just a short stroll away from the hotel...

The location of the hotel was unbeatable - at a medium distance from Phuc Dat. Our room was not only huge, but also a nice size with a fan and a great balcony overlooking the town and amazing view.

We loved our rooms with balconies, and the staff here assisted us with everything, even allowing for a very early check-in.

The hotel was modern and luxurious with helpful staff providing perfect service. the building and rooms were very clean and offered a nice view. the breakfast had a good selection of delicious food. the location was great, just a 10-minute walk to Lemon Tree Spa. There were also good food options near the hotel. Overall, there was honestly no reason to complain.

The hotel is in a perfect location, right in the centre of the village, with easy access to boats for tours to Phong Nha cave and the nearby national park. There are also lots of great cafes nearby. the rooms are clean, and some offer a stunning view of the mountains. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering services such as laundry and scooter rental. the breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

One negative aspect is that the hotel can be noisy, especially in the morning when guests are getting ready for tours.

thuong hai hotel exceeded my expectations during this visit. the staff were incredibly helpful, the rooms were clean and new, and the breakfast area had epic views that were hard to beat.

The room at Thuong Hai Hotel was fantastic! It had everything I needed - air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a super comfy bed. The private bathroom was clean and came with complimentary toiletries. I even had a balcony in my room, which was a nice bonus!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the triple room. It felt a bit cold and slippery for my liking.

We came to Phong Nah for 2 nights and ended up staying a week. The bright and clean rooms, hot showers, and delicious food made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even providing breakfast and finding a lost phone. The private balconies, friendly locals, and cheap motorbike rentals added to the charm of this beautiful town. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is newly built and nicely equipped. Centrally located, only a 5-minute walk to Phong Nha Tourism Centre. Family-oriented business with welcoming and hospitable staff. Staff can help with buying tickets at a discount if you inform them of your itinerary in advance. Clean rooms and perfect for relaxation after visiting the caves.
